Make a List! - FAQ

To create a list, tap on the “+” symbol in the top right corner of the screen, insert the name of the list, optionally choose the list color, then select “Done” in the keyboard. To enter in the new list just tap on it.

To delete a list, swipe the list to the left to access more options, then select “Delete”.

To duplicate a list, swipe the list to the right to access more options, then select “Duplicate”.

To add a new item, tap on the “+” symbol in the top right corner of the screen, insert the item's name, optionally choose the highlighter color or maker symbol, then select “Done” in the keyboard.

To rename a list's item, swipe the item to the left to access more options, then select the ✏️ symbol. Or touch and hold the item until a menu pop out, then select "Edit Text".

To duplicate a list's item, swipe the list to the right to access more options, then select the ⧉ symbol.

To delete a list's item, swipe the item to the left to access more options, then select the 🗑 symbol.

All the lists are automatically synchronized with all iOS devices that have the same iCloud account and iCloud Drive is enabled for “Make a List!”. To share a single list with someone else check the FAQ “How do I share a list?”.

To share a list with someone else using “Make a List!” there are a few steps to do.

On the receiver device:
1. Set an email in “Share settings” main menu.

On the sharing device:
2. Within the list that you want to share, select the option “Share list” from the ⚙︎ menu.
3. Set an email if not present yet.
4. Tap on the “+” symbol on the top left corner and insert the email of the receiver.

On the receiver device:
5. Accept the sharing request in “Share settings” main menu.
